Scroll.gallery is a curated gallery of design resources. You can use it without an account. This policy explains what data is involved and why.
1. What we collect
- Usage data. We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how the site is used: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type. Google sets cookies for this.
- Submissions. When you send a link through Submit, we receive that link. The form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which emails it to us.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) and media CDN (Cloudflare) process standard request data, such as IP address and browser, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
We don't ask for your name or email, and we don't sell your data.
2. Stored on your device
Your saved posts and collections, theme and sound settings are kept in your browser's local storage. They stay on your device unless you share them. Clearing your browser's site data removes them.
3. Shared links
When you copy a link to your Saved list, the list of posts is written into the link itself. Anyone with the link can see it. It contains no personal information.
4. Third-party services
The site loads resources from Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Fonts), Telegram (Mini App script), esm.sh (visual effects library) and Cloudflare (images and video). These services may receive your IP address and browser details under their own privacy policies. External links lead to sites we don't control.
5. Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser or use a tracker blocker; the site keeps working. To ask about or delete data related to a submission, email us.
6. Children
Scroll.gallery is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.

1. Using the site
By using Scroll.gallery you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Featured content
Posts showcase products, websites and work by third parties for inspiration and reference. Names, logos, images and other materials belong to their owners, and we link to the original source wherever possible. If you own featured content and want it credited differently or removed, email us and we'll act promptly.
3. Submissions
When you submit a link, you confirm you're allowed to share it. We decide what gets published and may edit descriptions. Submissions are unpaid.
4. Our content
The site's design, code, logo and the texts we write belong to Scroll.gallery. Don't copy or republish them as your own.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, no spam through forms, no automated scraping that harms the service.
6. External links
We aren't responsible for the content, products or policies of sites we link to.
7. No warranty
Scroll.gallery is provided "as is". We work to keep information accurate but can't guarantee it, and we may change or remove features at any time.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the site or the sites it links to.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept them.
